The investor groups that we work with seek to invest in small to mid-market businesses that has a high potential to benefit from their value creation approach. We prioritize proprietary or unique opportunities that capitalize on one or more key investment themes.  Our investor groups seek to invest 5M to 50M for companies valued between 10M to 200M.   Transactions include leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate divestitures, and management buyouts as well as acquisition capital and growth equity.
